As a bedroom community, Temecula is centrally located between many destinations in Southern California – it’s approximately 80 miles to Los Angeles, 60 miles to San Diego, 80 miles to Palm Springs, and 45 miles to Riverside.

The weather is fantastic in Temecula, with rolling hills that make an amazing backdrop for your active outdoor lifestyle, including equestrian centers, cycling, and world-class golf courses.  Temecula is also famous for its many outstanding restaurantswineries and breweries – and of course, for the spectacular hot-air balloon rides at dawn.

We mostly work in South Temecula, south of Temecula Parkway, although we’re adding new neighborhoods every day!  Here are some of our favorite communities:

Wolf Creek

Wolf Creek lies on the lowlands of south Temecula, with a beautiful walking/biking path adjacent to the creek for which this community is named.  It’s full of amenities, including lots of parks and playgrounds – and the Wolf Creek community center has a pool and a gym for residents.

Vail Ranch sits high on a sloping hill, overlooking south Temecula, east of Redhawk.

Redhawk

Redhawk is a community of homes that surround the Redhawk Golf Course.  Hilly and rolling, with some spectacular views, it’s a lovely place to call home.  Some of the communities within Redhawk are gated.  Many homes have private pools for a year-round resort lifestyle.
